Proudly serving the areas of Huntington Beach, CA, and Irvine, CA, we’re your reliable source for arm lift surgery with the right knowledge, passion, and training to help you achieve results that you’ll love.

What is An Arm Lift?

Also known as Brachioplasty, board-certified arm lift surgery can help eliminate unwanted arm fat and loose skin on the arms that may form from a variety of reasons. This professional medical procedure should be done by a board-certified surgeon and will require some recovery time post-procedure, however, the results will leave you with shaped, toned, and contour arms that you’re sure to love.

Most often needed after you’ve lost a large amount of weight or suffer from stubborn arm fat, arm lifts can help tighten up these areas to help boost confidence and the appearance of your arms. If you’ve ever wanted toner and more contoured arms, the arm lift procedure may be just the things you’ve been looking for to achieve the arms you want.

The Benefits of An Arm Lift

Much like some of the other medical procedures that we provide, arm lift surgery comes with a variety of benefits that can help you feel more confident and comfortable in your own body. Some of these benefits include but aren’t limited to the following.

  • Removes excess fat and skin
  • Changes in tone and shape
  • Better proportions and contour
  • Restores personal confidence
  • May provide better workout results post procedure

The Arm Lift Surgery Process

Since an arm lift is an invasive procedure, it will require you to schedule time off from work or time set aside post-procedure so that you will have the chance to recover properly. The first step towards obtaining toner arms starts by making the call to schedule your initial consultation with our board-certified surgeon.

We’re here to help guide you every step of the way throughout your entire arm lift process. With our experience and certified surgeons, we can help find the best treatment and approach that addresses your specific areas of concern so that you get the best results possible.

Your Initial Consultation

At your initial consultation, you’ll have the chance to address any concerns or questions that you may have about the procedure or the process. This is important so that you feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process, after all, knowledge is power, and the more you know the more confident and comfortable you’ll feel.

On top of discussing with us to determine whether or not an arm lift is right for you, we’ll review any past procedures, medical history, and other important information so that we can be sure that an arm lift is the best and safest choice for you and your needs.

The Day of Your Treatment

Before your arm lift surgery begins, you’ll be given anesthesia either through intravenous (IV) sedation, or general anesthesia. We’ll discuss the best option for you before your procedure so that you get the option that works best for your comfort during the surgery process.

The incision itself will be located either on the inside of the arm or the back side depending on the amount and exact location of excess skin or fat to be removed. After the excess skin and fat have been removed, the underlying supportive tissue is then tightened and reshaped with internal sutures to give your arm a firmer and more contoured look.

Lastly, your skin is then smoothed over the newly toned and contoured arm to leave you with toner, firmer, and beautiful arms that you’ll be excited to show off.

Your Road To Recovery

During your recovery, you must follow all aftercare instructions that we provide you to see the best results and a smooth recovery. If at any point you have concerns or questions, reach out to us so that we can ensure that everything is healing the way it should and that you’re as comfortable as possible.

Here are some common practices and tips when it comes to taking care of your post-treatment that can help you speed up recovery as well as make you as comfortable as possible.

  • Follow all post-procedure care instructions we provide you
  • Plan to take 1-2 weeks off of work
  • Have help around the house for at least 7-10 days after surgery
  • Use pain medications as directed
  • Avoid excess activity until you are medically cleared
